  5. Abdominal crunches – 30 sets
  6. Bicycle crunches – 24 sets
  7. Side plank right – 20 seconds
  8. Side plank left – 20 seconds
  9. V-Up – 18 sets
  10. Push-Up rotation – 24 sets
  11. Russian twist – 48 sets
  12. Abdominal crunches – 28 sets
  13. Butt bridge – 30 sets
  14. Heel touch – 34 sets
  15. Mountain climber – 30 sets
  16. Crossover crunch – 24 sets
  17. V-Up – 16 sets
  18. Plank – 1 minute
  19. Cobra stretch – 30 seconds
  20. Spine lumbar twist stretch left – 30 seconds
  21. Spine lumbar twist stretch right – 30 seconds
