Keep Pushing

For the first 15 minutes of your workout, your body burns sugars and carbs

At 30 minutes, your body enters the fat burning zone

Drink a glass of water as soon as you wake up

Do the stretches that I have posted for the morning

Stay away from sugary drinks

Ditch the chocolate and chips for fruit

Swap out red meat for white meat and fish

Cut out white bread and processed grains

Eat in moderation

Exercise , Exercise , Exercise !
